James Armijo is CEO at Inktavo. Backed by PSG, Blue Star Innovation Partners, and Susquehanna Growth Equity, Inktavo has combined OrderMyGear, Brightstores, Distributor Central, Printavo, Inksoft, GraphicsFlow, SignTracker and Clarity. Inktavo has software that enables its customers to sell promo products, apparel or signage, or any combination of those products, to sell those products via webstores, proposals or invoices, and to manage in-house production or contracted decoration. In his role, James directs the company’s strategy and manages operations. James joined Inktavo after having served as CEO of Smartcare.

Jacob Olins
SVP & GM of Fintech, WorkWave
Jacob Olins is the SVP & GM of Fintech at WorkWave, a PE-backed vertical SaaS company and global leader in pest control, lawn care, security, and janitorial software. He has built Fintech into one of WorkWave's most important divisions through sharp vertical focus, a steady cadence of new product launches, and an AI-enabled go-to-market transformation.
Through Susquehanna Growth Equity, he advises growth-stage companies on building and scaling payments and fintech into core business lines. He organizes his work around the Fintech Maturity Curve, spanning four domains: P&L, Product, GTM, and Risk.
Before WorkWave, Jacob started in payments, treasury, and banking-innovation roles at Citi and JPMorgan, then moved into software to build the payments and fintech business at UK-based unicorn Epos Now.
A keynote speaker and frequent podcast guest, he speaks on building money movement businesses inside software companies.
